DYNAMICS OF THE CHANGE IN PRICE OF THE LAND PLOTS FOR INDIVIDUAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION IN THE MOSCOW REGION IN 2016 IN COMPARISON WITH 2015

This article is devoted to the analysis of prices of the land plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the Moscow region in 2016 in comparison the same period last year. Because of current social and economic situation in the country the real estate market comes under negative impact of a macroeconomic situation, prices of the land plots are falling. These tendency of the market are caused by decrease of the inflation rate, assets of the banking sector, reduction of prices of oil, export and import of goods, reduction of the income in the federal budget, growth of volume of public debt.
