In the XXI century, humanity is undergoing a lot of large-scale changes affecting the main areas of its activities. One of the most relevant and significant changes in the world community has become the process of globalization, which leads to the linking of world cultures and institutions. In the context of globalization, the unhindered communication of all its participants comes to the fore as the foundation for building the entire "system", and the languages of different peoples as a means of communication become a necessary part of this global process. There is an acute need for qualified translators, linguists, teachers and methodologists in foreign languages. In recent years, there has been a particularly noticeable trend in the growth of the need for teaching cadres for the joint economic, political, cultural, social activities of China and Russia, as closely interrelated and mutually complementary partners in this extensive process. The monitoring of the implementation of innovative methods and technologies in Chinese universities assisted in identifying difficulties in planning, organization, content, the course of the educational process, the problem of adapting teachers and students to the new conditions of the educational environment and options for solutions.
