Педагогическое руководство формированием навыков межкультурной коммуникации учащихся высшей школы в условиях поликультурной среды вуза

В статье актуализируется проблема педагогического руководства в формировании навыков межкультурной коммуникации учащихся высшей школы в рамках поликультурной образовательной среды вуза. Автор рассматривает данную проблему через понимание содержательной сущности педагогического руководства, его логики и соответствия этапам адаптационной включенности субъектов поликультурного дискурса в систему межкультурного взаимодействия на ступени высшего профессионального образования. В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы, составляющие научный ракурс исследований смежных наук, представлены аспекты расширения межкультурных границ в процессе реструктуризации высшей школы под влиянием тенденций глобализационного характера. Автор отмечает специфику взаимодействия в поликультурной образовательной среде современного вуза и выявляет основные аспекты педагогического руководства и сопровождения, ориентирующие процесс успешного формирования навыков межкультурной коммуникации на основе сохранения национальной самоидентичности и усвоения норм толерантности при должном уровне образовательных достижений обучающимися.

Pedagogical manual for creating skills of intercultural communication of students of higher school under the conditions of the polycultural environment of the higher education

The article actualizes the problem of pedagogical leadership in the formation of intercultural communication skills for high school students in the framework of the multicultural educational environment of the university. The author considers this problem through understanding the content of the pedagogical leadership, its logic, and its correspondence to the stages of adaptive inclusion of subjects of multicultural discourse in the system of intercultural interaction at the level of higher professional education. The article deals with the main problems that make up the scientific perspective of studies of related sciences, presents aspects of expanding intercultural boundaries in the process of restructuring higher education under the influence of globalization tendencies. The author notes the specifics of interaction in the multicultural educational environment of a modern university and identifies the main aspects of pedagogical guidance and support that orient the process of successful formation of skills of intercultural communication on the basis of preserving national identity and assimilating norms of tolerance at the appropriate level of educational achievement by students. One of the main concepts of the pedagogical leadership or support of the process of forming the skills of intercultural interaction is both the preservation of the stability and integrity of one's own self-image, as well as the recognition, and the education of respect for the self-image and selfconcept of a subject of another socio-cultural space.
