Морфофункциональная характеристика эритроцитов при лечении гнойного эндометрита у собак

Проведены исследования морфофункциональной характеристики эритроцитов при консервативном лечении гнойного эндометрита у собак. Установлено, что развитие гнойного эндометрита у собак затрагивают показатели красной крови, соответствующие динамике болезни. Анализ морфологических изменений эритроцитов показал наличие аномальных форм эритроцитов, которые возникают из-за высокой степени интоксикации организма, вызванной скоплением гноя и бактериальных эндотоксинов. В схеме консервативного лечения гнойного эндометрита у собак важно применять метод глубокого спринцевания матки на фоне симптоматической терапии для быстрой эвакуации гноя и снятия интоксикации организма.

Morphofunctional characteristic of erythrocytes in canine purulent endometritis therapy

Studies of the morphofunctional characteristics of erythrocytes in canine purulent endometritis conservative treatment are performed. It is established that the canine purulent endometritis development affects the red blood parameters corresponding to the dynamics of the disease. Analysis of morphological changes in erythrocytes showed the presence of abnormal forms of erythrocytes, which arise from the high intoxication level in the organism caused by accumulation of pus and bacterial endotoxins. In the conservative therapy management of canine purulent endometritis it is important to apply the method of deep syringing of the uterus against the background of symptomatic therapy for rapid evacuation of pus and removal of intoxication of the organism.
