ЭКСПОРТ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УСЛУГ ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ РОССИИ В РАМКАХ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА СТРАН БРИКС

Целью настоящей статьи стало анализ инструментов экспорта образовательных услуг высшего образования России в страны БРИКС. Для достижения поставленной цели были рассмотрены статистические данные, проанализированы официальные заявления уполномоченных лиц и органов. Предполагается, что в процессе определения инструментов экспорта образовательных услуг высшего образования необходимо проанализировать действия России для привлечения иностранных студентов стран БРИКС. Для проверки данной гипотезы анализировались статистические данные, размещенные в открытом доступе по странам БРИКС. Было доказано, что на современном этапе развития высшего образования активно используются такие инструменты как выделение и постоянный рост квот для иностранных студентов из стран БРИКС, активное вмешательство государства с целью увеличения позиций российских университетов в международных рейтингах, развитие деятельности сетевого университета БРИКС. Высшее образование является одним из самых важных ресурсов, обеспечивающих не только экономическое развитие страны, но и значимость государства на международной арене, в том числе усиления веса в международных организациях, таких как, БРИКС.

Export of educational services of higher education in Russia in the framework of cooperation of the BRICS countries

The purpose of this article was to analyze the instruments of export of educational services of higher education in Russia to the BRICS countries. To achieve this goal, statistical data were reviewed, official statements of authorized persons and bodies were analyzed. It is assumed that in the process of determining the instruments of export of higher education educational services, it is necessary to analyze Russia's actions to attract foreign students of the BRICS countries. To test this hypothesis, statistical data were published that were made publicly available in the BRICS countries. It was proved that at the present stage of development of higher education, such tools as allocation and constant growth of quotas for foreign students from BRICS countries, active government intervention to increase the position of Russian universities in international ratings, and develop the activities of the BRICS network university are actively used. Higher education is one of the most important resources, ensuring not only the economic development of the country, but also the importance of the state in the international arena, including weight gain in international organizations, such as BRICS
