ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА ГОСУДАРСТВ В РАМКАХ ВСЕМИРНОЙ ТОРГОВОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

В статье рассматривается становление Генерального соглашения по тарифам и торговле как правового фундамента Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО). Анализируются вопросы возникновения и эволюции сотрудничества государств в рамках Всемирной торговой организации. Особое внимание уделяется Соглашению об учреждении ВТО, которое является краеугольным камнем современного экономического порядка. Отмечается эффективность права ВТО и его влияние на национальные законодательства стран-членов этой организации.

EVOLUTION OF COOPERATION OF STATES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION

The article deals with the formation of the General Agreement on tariffs and trade as the legal foundation of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The issues of the origin and evolution of the cooperation of states within the World Trade Organization are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the Agreement on the establishment of the WTO, which is the cornerstone of the modern economic order. The effectiveness of the WTO law and its impact on the national legislation of the member countries of this organization are noted.
