Self-organization of electron bunches in the X-ray ECR source CERA-RX (C)

It has been found out that in the CERA-RX satellites the fundamental frequency (2.45 GHz) recorded in modes in X-ray emission in the spectrum of the microwave signal from the resonator at positive potential on the axis electrode of the coaxial resonator of the facility. The frequencies of the satellites are slightly dependent on the intensity of the microwave electric field In the cavity and depend linearly on the magnitude of the potential at the axial electrode. It Is concluded the formation of bunches of electrons in the azimuth-symmetric ECR region.
