A comparative study of the effectiveness of complex therapy of patients with sexual dysfunction on the background of sexually transmitted infections was carried out. Patients were examined by PCR, PCR, Real Time, IFA, ureteroscopy and investigation of ejaculate. 102 patients were divided into two groups. Patients of the main group (n=51) received gemifloxacin, azithromycin and pathogenetic therapy. Patients of the comparison group (n=51) were treated by ofloxacin instead of gemifloxacin. A month after the treatment revealed positive dynamics of the studied parameters in both groups was observed, but it was more evident in the group of gemifloxacin. The elaborated therapy technology is recommended for clinical practice.
