Статья посвящена рассмотрению тенденций развития языка СМИ в России в начале XXI в. Раскрывается значение и роль СМИ в современном обществе, а также их влияние на различные стороны общественной жизни. Автор даёт обзор основных речевых средств воздействия, характерных для СМИ, в частности приёма языковой агрессии в современном медийном дискурсе.

Tendencies of development of the language of the media in Russia-XXI century

The article is devoted to tendencies of development of the language of mass media in Russia at the beginning of the 21st century. The significance and the role of mass media in the contemporary society and its influence on different aspects of public life are the key issues of the article. The author presents common reference of the main means of impact in mass media especially the method of aggression commonly used in media discourse.
