Dielectric properties of oxygen ion-conductive (La,Sr)(Ga,Mg)O 3-δ ceramics

Dielectric relaxation in oxygen-conducting ceramics (La1-ySry)(Ga1-xMgx)O3- δhave been studied by dielectric spectroscopy measurements. The results obtained are consistent with the idea of the formation of dipole clusters connected with ordered oxygen vacancies below 600°C.
