Some determination methods and the most precise values of the constants of the extended Standard Model (ESM), which includes the gravitational interaction and massive neutrinos, are presented. Accuracies of the constants at different energy scales are compared, and possible manifestations of their temporal variations are considered, which is important both for a search of ESM generalizations and for understanding their possible influence on the metrological characteristics of measurement standards. © 2009 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
