Fluctuation formation model and operation mechanism of an inhibiting layer on metals. I. origination of an inhibitor boundary layer

A mechanism of the origination of electrolyte solution fluctuations on S surface of the anodically dissolved metal is discussed. Heterogeneous formation kinetics of a two-component inhibitor nucleus in a strong field of the electric double layer within fluctuation is considered. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2010.
