The cultural connotations of the words and the national phraseological identity explain difficulties that arise at the time of transmitting idioms and sayings into other languages. There are analyzed the specific ethnic characteristics and identity of the lexicon that sometimes remain secret for the natives, since the images loaded with different meanings are so familiar and habitual, that seem universal, although in fact its universality is imaginary.
