A 41-year-old patient had an abscess of the stump of the fallopian tube on the 31st day after the third spontaneous delivery at term. The patient had a history of salpingectomy due to tubal pregnancy. The abscess was sanitized and drained under the control of transvaginal ultrasound. Antimicrobial and infusion therapy was performed. The patient was discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition 18 hours after admission under the supervision of a doctor at a women’s clinic. © 2025, Dynasty Publishing House.
