Differential-Difference Equations with Incommensurable Shifts of Arguments

Boundary-value problems for differential-difference equations with perturbations in shifts of arguments are considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the fulfillment of Gårding-type inequalities in algebraic form are obtained.
