The authors consider intubation narcosis the most convenient and adequate method of anaesthesia for microlaryngoscopy and for performing microlaryngeal operations. Indirect laryngoscopy under local anaesthesia is valuable for dynamic observation of the larynx condition. The use of a microscope for endolaryngeal operations makes it possible to resect larynx neoplasms more thoroughly and less traumatically. The majority of surgical interventions proceeded without complications.
