HOW THE U.S. BECAME A DIGITAL LEADER: AN ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY FACTORS AND INDUSTRIES

The article is devoted to the topic of development of the U.S. digital economy. Factors influencing the development and growth rate of the digital economy in the world were identified, based on which countries are classified into certain types; the classification of the US digital economy industries and their dynamics from 2005 to 2021 were considered. Also, the most progressive industries and the main reasons for their growth rates were identified.
