The urgent need to investigate the knowledge of new technologies, marked by the digital age and its application in the teaching-learning process, is becoming more and more evident. Teachers, for their part, require specific training in this field to face the digital demand that offers the possibility of incorporating technological advances, providing all kinds of support to students using skills demanded by ICT. The objective of this work focuses on the teaching of phraseological units (PhU), specifically verbal locutions (VL), in the Russian as a Foreign Language (RFL) classroom based on new technologies. In this way, we propose a double mission: justify the incorporation of the UF in the study program, as well as highlight the multiple benefits of the implementation of ICT tools in the classroom as reference sources. In addition, this study exalts a practical approach by presenting a didactic proposal based on a series of phraseological exercises aimed at Spanish-speaking students. © 2023 The Author(s).
