THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR CREATING THE FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FREE ECONOMIC ZONES

The article deals with the subject of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the creation of the functional development of free economic zones. The article is based on a systemic approach to the theoretical propositions and the justification of the author’s scientific concept, according to which the free economic zone is considered as an open and unbalanced economic system that can be studied through a synergistic approach. The first part of the article details the concept of a free trade zone according to scientific literature and other public resources found on the Internet. Others talk about the types of free trade zones, as well as some other fundamental characteristics. The author’s hypothesis is also described in the introduction and then the methodology in the next section. In the second part, the natural and legal conditions for the creation of a free trade zone are analyzed, as well as its functions within the country’s economic system. In addition, the dialectic of the creation of these zones is described. The conclusions list the objectives of free trade zones.

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и методологические основы создания и развития свободных экономических зон. В исследовании с использованием системного подхода обоснована авторская концепция, согласно которой свободная экономическая зона определяется как открытая и несбалансированная экономическая система, инициирующая синергетический эффект. В первом разделе статьи раскрывается понятие зоны свободной торговли с учетом определений, представленных в научной литературе и публикаций в сети Интернет. Особое внимание уделяется классификации зон свободной торговли и анализу их фундаментальных характеристик. В вводной части сформулирована авторская гипотеза исследования, в основной части отражены положения используемой методологии. Во второй части анализируются экономические и правовые условия создания зоны свободной торговли, а также их функции в экономической системе страны; представлен порядок создания этих зон. В выводах перечислены цели функционирования зон свободной торговли.
