The issue of training and development of managers is especially relevant in the context of the search for ways to increase the efficiency of companies and the effectiveness of management processes, in which managers play a key role. This publication examines the current problematic issues of training and development of managers in the context of innovative transformations and the formation of Industry 5.0. Special attention is paid to the essence and evolution of the industrial revolution, the competencies and skills of modern managers, new technologies for their training and development in the context of Industry 5.0. The purpose of the study is to find problems and possible prospects for the use of new technologies for training and development of managers to work effectively in the transition to Industry 5.0.
