РАЗВИТИЕ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Статья описывает развитие международной деятельности вузов России с 1981 года по настоящее время. В ней освещены различные этапы развития сотрудничества, начиная с периода ограниченного развития в 80-е годы до активизации и разнообразия взаимодействий с различными странами в последние десятилетия. Основное внимание уделено изменениям в подходах к международному образованию, включая стратегическое планирование, увеличение числа иностранных студентов, внедрение новых образовательных программ и развитие дистанционного обучения. Также отмечаются вызовы, связанные с санкциями и недружественной политикой, и важность финансовой и организационной поддержки со стороны международных организаций и фондов. Авторы подчеркивают, что международное сотрудничество играет ключевую роль в развитии высшего образования, экономики и культуры России, поддерживая устойчивое развитие и повышение уровня конкурентоспособности учебных заведений.

The article describes the development of international activities of Russian universities from 1981 to the present. It highlights the various stages of development of cooperation, starting from the period of limited development in the 80s to the intensification and diversity of interactions with various countries in recent decades. The main focus is on changes in approaches to international education, including strategic planning, an increase in the number of international students, the introduction of new educational programs and the development of distance learning. The challenges associated with sanctions and unfriendly policies are also noted, as well as the importance of financial and organizational support from international organizations and foundations. The authors emphasize that international cooperation plays a key role in the development of higher education, the economy and culture of Russia, supporting sustainable development and increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions.
