ВЛИЯНИЕ ПРЕДВАРИТЕЛЬНОГО НАСЫЩЕНИЯ КРУПНОГО ЗАПОЛНИТЕЛЯ НА ПРОЧНОСТНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА БЕТОНА

This article describes the effect of pre-saturation of coarse aggregate on the strength properties of concrete. In this study, laboratory experiments were conducted: Sieve Analysis, Impact Value Test (IV), Specific Gravity Test, Compressive Strength Test. The sieve analysis was carried out using sieves of various sizes, through which the filler was spilled. After that, a table was compiled, according to which the granulometric composition was determined. Impact value test was carried out to determine the toughness of the aggregate used. The test was carried out on a special installation. The result was tabulated, and a histogram was also constructed. Specific gravity is defined as the ratio of the weight in air of a given volume of material or sample at a temperature to the weight in air of an equal volume of distilled water at the same temperature. The compressive strength test was conducted separately for pre-saturated and dry filler. In the course of the study, the specific gravity, water absorption capacity, impact strength and crushing properties of large aggregates were studied. In addition, the compressive strength of concrete made from pre-saturated gravel and dry natural gravel was determined and compared in this study. Some indicators were found analytically. The results of the compressive strength comparison showed that the compressive strength decreased by about 10.8%, 5.6%, 9.4% and 28.4% when the samples prepared with pre-saturated and natural filler were crushed after 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days of curing, respectively. Thus, pre-saturation with filler has a negative effect on the strength of concrete. In this study, it is recommended to avoid, if possible, the use of pre-saturated aggregate in the production of concrete, since it has a negative impact on the compressive strength of concrete. That is, it reduces the compressive strength at different curing periods.
