This article analyzes the issues of determining the legal personality of artificial intelligence. This scientific article analyzes criminal legislation in order to find optimal ways of modernization to eliminate collisions, issues, establishing general provisions on responsibility for criminal acts of robots committed due to technical failures of artificial intelligence and (unmanned aerial vehicles) without any presence of anthropogenic involvement and intentional human intervention. The results of the analysis of philosophical significance, as well as legal and ontological issues arising not only from the actual state of development of artificial intelligence, but also from the very real prospects of future modifications of artificial intelligence of cybernetic organisms are presented.
