Метаанализ девяти исследований пришел к выводу, что аденомиоз может оказывать негативное влияние на результаты лечения ЭКО, поскольку он снижает частоту имплантации и клинической беременности и увеличивает частоту выкидышей. Поэтому обзор современных исследований по данному вопросу представляется актуальным

INFERTILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ADENOMYOSIS

Unfortunately, infertility tends to become another pandemic of the modern world. Therefore, the study of the causes of the formation of infertility is extremely important both from the standpoint of prevention and treatment of topical gynecological diseases. The impact on fertility of such a well-known disease as adenomyosis on fertility often causes many contradictions. A meta-analysis of nine studies concluded that adenomyosis may have a negative impact on IVF treatment outcomes because it reduces the incidence of implantation and clinical pregnancy and increases the incidence of miscarriages. Therefore, a review of current research on this issue seems relevant.
