Lands of Antarctica are famous for its extremal and rough climate, suspicious flora and fauna and also high concentration of fresh water. Sixth continent which doesn't have indigenous inhabitants and has uninhabitable climate began been actively included in international relationships due to scientific-technology progress. Abundance of resources on these territories reformed Antarctica into an object of geopolitical struggle between traditional Antarctic powers and extra-regional “players”. Countries of Latin-American regions are also strived to keep up on the race for reforming spheres of influence in Antarctica. As a particularly interested players they realize the need of their participation in processes for consolidation of sovereignty on Antarctic region. It's obvious that today the problem of changes in Antarctic treaty (1959 AD) is inevitable due to reconstruction of the world order in the period of intensive globalization, scientific-technology progress and post-pandemic times, firstly caused by crises in healthcare and economics sectors. Active mobilization of old and new Arctic subjects confesses economic, political, geopolitical and scientific fundamentals, which cast doubt on international idyl. During the research, analysis shows results of politics of countries of Latin-American regions, particularly Argentina, regarding Antarctica in conditions of recent realities. Also, further trends of development in foreign policy are picked out.
