MEDIA HISTORY OF BANGLADESH, MAINSTREAM MEDIA

Media of Bangladesh refers to the print, broadcast and online media of Bangladesh. Guarantees freedom of the press and freedom of expression subject to "reasonable restrictions". The rank of Bangladeshi media has been reduced from 146 in 2016 to 144 in 2018. Bangladesh's media ranks 150 out of 180 countries in Reporters Without Borders' 2019 Newspaper Freedom Index. Mass media are all types of collected media, which are technically used in mass communication activities. Besides, external content is presented in newspapers, periodicals, brochures, newsletters, books, leaflets, pamphlets as printed media. It plays a supporting role in photography or visual presentation. Television stations or publishing companies identify themselves as mass media and control and use modern technology as an organization. Mobile or cell phones, computers and the Internet are also sometimes referred to as new - age media.
