К вопросу подготовки студентов-правоведов в качестве "языковых посредников" - переводчиков в процессе работы с беженцами в новых условиях миграционной политики

Подготовка будущих специалистов в области юриспруденции к работе в качестве «языковых посредников» - переводчиков в процессе работы с беженцами на этапе перехода последними границы принимающего государства, подготовки и подачи заявления на получение статуса беженца включает в себя не только формирование у обучающихся иноязычных компетенций, но и изучение основопологающих документов правовой политики (проблематика беженцев) принимающих государств. С учетом изложенного появляется необходимость реализации на практике предметно-лингвистического интегрированного подхода к обучению в рамках программы «Переводчик». В данном исследовании представлен ряд моментов экспериментального обучения, которое проводится на кафедре иностранных языков Юридического института Российского университета дружбы народов. Целью эксперимента является изучение путей повышения эффективности обучения «языковых посредников» - переводчиков в процессе работы с беженцами на этапе перехода последними границы принимающего государства. Результаты исследования позволяют сделать вывод о взаимосвязи навыков и умений переводчика и специальных знаний студентами основополагающих документов правовой политики по проблемам беженцев принимающих государств и информированности самих беженцев в вопросах, связанных с получением статуса беженцев.

The preparation of future specialists in the field of jurisprudence to work as “language intermediaries" - translators in the process of working with refugees at the stage of the latter crossing the borders of the host state, preparing and submitting an application for refugee status includes not only the formation of foreign language competencies among students, but also study of the fundamental legal policy documents (refugee issues) of host states. In view of the foregoing, there is a need to implement in practice a subject-linguistic integrated approach to learning within the framework of the program “Translator in the field of professional activity". This study presents a number of moments of experiential learning, which is carried out at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. The purpose of the experiment is to study ways to improve the effectiveness of training “language intermediaries" - translators in the process of working with refugees at the stage of the latter's crossing the borders of the host state. The results of the study allow us to draw a conclusion about the relationship between the skills and abilities of an interpreter and the special knowledge of students of the fundamental documents of the legal policy on refugee problems of the host states and the awareness of the refugees themselves in matters related to obtaining refugee status.
