Цель: проанализировать необходимость применения иммуномодулирующих препаратов в комплексной терапии заболеваний, вызванных вирусными, бактериальными и грибковыми агентами, обосновать выбор препаратов, восстанавливающих активность факторов колонизационной резистентности репродуктивного тракта. Основные положения и обсуждение. Широкая распространенность заболеваний, вызванных вирусом папилломы человека (ВПЧ), среди населения в возрасте 15-59 лет и патогенетические особенности ВПЧ-ассоциированных процессов обусловлены эволюционными аспектами взаимодействия вируса в системе «ВПЧ - макроорганизм», связаны с активностью Toll-подобных рецепторов 4-го и 9-го типов, клеток врожденного иммунитета - нейтрофильных гранулоцитов и макрофагов, дендритных клеток, Т-, В-лимфоцитов, NK- и стромальных клеток. Высокая частота поражений слизистых оболочек мочеполовой системы грибами рода Candida, наличие вирусно-микотических ассоциаций и их роль в развитии хронического воспаления, оксидативного стресса, нарушении функционально-метаболического потенциала клеток, реализующих иммунобиологический надзор, обосновывают необходимость применения иммуномодулирующих препаратов системного и локального действия для нормализации иммунного потенциала организма. Заключение. Препарат Иммуномакс® - кислый пептидогликан, распознаваемый Toll-подобными рецепторами (TLR) клеток, реализующих иммунный надзор в организме. Иммуномакс® приводит к активации противовирусных механизмов иммунного ответа при ВПЧ-инфекции. Иммунитет против грибов рода Candida опосредован не только системной защитой хозяина, но и в большей степени локальными факторами защиты слизистых оболочек. Препарат Гепон® повышает резистентность организма в отношении инфекций, вызванных вирусами, бактериями и грибами рода Candida; эффективен в комплексной терапии инфекций слизистых оболочек и кожи, вызванных грибами Candida, в профилактике кандидоза слизистых оболочек и кожи на фоне терапии антибиотиками; снижает интенсивность воспаления (покраснение, отек, зуд, жжение, боль) слизистых оболочек и кожи, сухость слизистых оболочек.

Conclusion. Immunomax® is an acid peptidoglycan of plant origin, recognized by Toll-like receptors (TLR) of cells that implement immune surveillance in the body, and leads to the activation of antiviral mechanisms of the immune response during HPV infection.
