В данной статье рассмотрены особенности и проблемные аспекты института оператора электронной торговли, обозначены основные перспективы развития электронной торговли в области таможенного оформления импорта. Рассмотрены основные функции оператора и проанализированы вопросы правового регулирования в сфере электронного документооборота.

This article discusses the features and problematic aspects of the institution of an electronic commerce operator, identifies the main prospects of the development of electronic commerce in the field of customs clearance of import. The main functions of the operator are considered and the issues of legal regulation in the field of electronic document management are analyzed.
