Статья посвящена анализу роли технологий и систем контроля общества в концепции «умных городов» Китая. Актуальность исследования определяется высокими темпами развития smart city по всему миру, а также содействием технологий слежения в решении таких вопросов как распространение Covid-19 или уровень преступности. На данный момент Китай является мировым лидером по разработке и внедрению систем контроля, основанных на работе искусственного интеллекта и больших данных, в государственные программы развития.

SMART CITY IN CHINA - PROGRESS OR A MODERN TOOL FOR CONTROLLING SOCIETY

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of technologies and control systems of society in the concept of "smart cities" in China. The relevance of the study is determined by the high rates of smart city development around the world, as well as the assistance of tracking technologies in solving issues such as the spread of Covid-19 or the crime rate. At the moment, China is a world leader in the development and implementation of control systems based on the work of artificial intelligence and big data in government development programs.
