МЕТОДЫ БОРЬБЫ С КЛИМАТИЧЕСКИМИ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯМИ, ПРЕДПРИНЯТЫЕ ВЕДУЩИМИ СТРАНАМИ МИРА В 2020-2021 ГГ.

В статье рассмотрены меры, предпринятые странами в области борьбы с климатическими изменениями и ликвидации угрозы исчезновения человечества. В статье проведен анализ международных подходов к формированию механизма, задействующего все государства в глобальном сотрудничестве по борьбе с изменением климата и адаптации к последствиям изменения климата, за 2020-2021 гг. Особое внимание уделено«Европейскому зеленому курсу» (European Green Deal, 2020г.), в рамках которого был принят Европейский климатический закон (2020г.), а также двум климатическим саммитам, проведенным в 2021 году: прошедшей в конце апреля климатической встрече в верхах, проведенной президентом США Джо Байденом, и климатическому саммиту в Глазго, состоявшемуся в ноябре этого года.

METHODS OF COMBATING CLIMATE CHANGE TAKEN BY THE LEADING COUNTRIESOF THE WORLD IN 2020-2021

The article examines the measures taken by countries in the field of combating climate change and eliminating the threat of extinction of mankind. The article analyzes international approaches to the formation of a mechanism that involves all states in global cooperation to combat climate change and adapt to the consequences of climate change for 2020-2021. Particular attention is paid to the European Green Deal (2020), which adopted the European Climate Law (2020), as well as two climate summits held in 2021: the climate summit held at the end of April, held by US Presidents Joe Biden, and the Glasgow Climate Summit in November this year. The following conclusions were made. The EU is a good example of the fact that the topic of climate change has long since moved from a discussion format to a practical one - active implementation.However, the world's leading countries find it difficult to come to an agreement on international cooperation to combat climate change, as a result of which it is not yet possible to solve the problem of climate change and prevent an impending climate catastrophe.
