AN OVERVIEW OF EU EXPORTS OF HIGH AND MEDIUM TECHNOLOGY TO LATIN AMERICA AND THE R&D FUNDING IN BOTH REGIONS BETWEEN 2010 AND 2017

This study provides an overview of high and medium technology exports from the European Union to Latin America, as well as an overview of the amount of R&D funding that exists in both regions from 2010 to 2017, so that this article allows us to know the characteristics of both region's markets and the investment relationships that take place from the North to the South, that is, to know the countries of both regions in terms of their capabilities in innovation, production, influence and alliances in the context of international trade.
