ИНВЕНТОРНАЯ МАТРИЦА - ИННОВАЦИЯ В ТЕОРИИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Данная статья посвящается исследованию проблематики управления предприятием и системы менеджмента качества. В статье рассматривается уровень существующего состояния системы контроля бизнес-процессов, выполнение планов производства и проектных решений. Дается сравнение состояния системы менеджмента предприятия и предлагается вариант его улучшения. Особое внимание уделяется причинноследственным вопросам возникновения ошибок управления предприятием. Рассматриваются варианты различных вспомогательных систем контроля хода производства. В работе предлагается применение инвенторной матрицы, как основной элемент при контроле бизнес-процессов и принятия управленческих решений, что позволит повысить уровень конкурентоспособности и сохранять ключевые позиции на уровне «Лидера».

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of enterprise management and the quality management system. The article discusses the level of the existing state of the business process control system, the implementation of production plans and design solutions. The comparison of the state of the enterprise management system is given and a variant of its improvement is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the cause-and-effect issues of enterprise management errors. Variants of various auxiliary production control systems are considered. The paper proposes the use of an inventory matrix as the main element in the control of business processes and management decisions, which will increase the level of competitiveness and maintain key positions at the level of the "Leader".
