В статье рассматривается процесс формирования институтов верховной власти на «Белом юге» в условиях Гражданской войны в России с 1917 по 1920 год. Особое внимание уделяется деятельности особого совещания при главкоме ВСЮР и его политическому составу. Так же в статье анализируются причины, которые привели к краху политических институтов белого юга России.

Attempts to organize power in the "white South" during the Civil War in Russia

The article discusses the process of formation of institutions of supreme power in the "White South" in the conditions of the Civil War in Russia from 1917 to 1920. Special attention is paid to the activities of the special meeting under the Commander-in-Chief and its political composition. The article also analyzes the reasons that led to the collapse of the political institutions of the white south of Russia.
