Improvement of technologies and facilities for mining and processing plant

Main scientific and practical summary of improvement of technologies and facilities for mining and processing plant are stated by the example of complex structured eposits developed by industry discipline engineers and leading scientific centers of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. Up-to-date mineral resources of Vasilievskiy Mine CJSC (the Russian Federation), main management and process activities for improvement of its performance for resources of several companies are addressed. Issues related to milling and processing the produced goldores, management activitie saime datin crease of performance efficiency at these productions it is are addressed. Activities for improvement of gold processing plant performance, testing flow charts, new designs of crushers and mills allowing for improvement of mining waste release grain crushing and milling performance with due account for the deposit of mineral resources are proposed. The new system of head testing at the gold processing plant was developed and implemented, it allows for sharp rise of data reliability, reduction of man-hours and quantity of resulted samples tested by the laboratory by 6 times. Summary of preliminary researches related to processing of oxidized quartzites (Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Basin, Krivoy Rog, Ukraine) has shown producibility of concentrates with up to 60.6% iron weight percent at 76.9% processing level. Iron weight percent intailings makes 14.1%.
