ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ПРОМЫШЛЕННЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ МЕТОДОМ РЕШЕНИЯ АРХИТЕКТУРНОЙ СРЕДЫ

В статье рассмотрено – методы решения архитектурной среды промышленных территорий с целью повышения эффективности их использования, интеграция промышленных зон в городскую среду, вопросы реконструкции, колористики и переустройства. Рассмотрены основные предпосылки к изменению структуры, состава и архитектуры производственных зон. Определены возможные методы решения, возможности использования современных технологий для размещения промышленных зон в структуре города. Выявлены проблемы адаптации индустриальных территорий к изменяющимся социальным потребностям. Проведен анализ существующих проектов, определивший важность комплексного подхода в проектировании эффективно используемых индустриальных территорий.

IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF INDUSTRIAL AREAS WITH THE HELP OF ARCHTECTURAL ENVIRONMENT

The article deals with the methods of arranging architectural environment of industrial areas in order to increase their efficiency and foster the integration of industrial zones into the urban environment. It discusses the issues of reconstruction, colouristics and rebuilding. Basic prerequisites for the change in the structure, composition and architecture of industrial zones are considered. Possible methods of implementation and the usage of modern technologies for industrial zones in the city structure are also discussed. The adaptation of industrial areas to the changing social needs is considered. The analysis of existing projects in order to determine the importance of an integrated approach in the design of efficiently used industrial areas is conducted.
