At present, the problem of payment for healthcare workers is topical, as for the Russian doctors the financial motivation remains on the first place. The introduction of NSOT, an "effective contract" does not solve the problem of remuneration of medical workers. As a material method of motivation, attention should be paid to grading, where the employer pays for the result and creates an effective stimulation system for each employee.
