В данной статье рассмотрена проблема распространения политической пропаганды в Интернете и особенности ведения информационных войн.
This article touches upon the dissemination problem of political propaganda in the Internet and features conducting of information warfare. The difference between the terms «propaganda» and information «warfare» should be stressed. Information warfare is a periodic, happens under certain circumstances, and points to the negative side of the object. Propaganda has always conducted and typically pays attention to the positive side of the object. It is analyzed the ways by which the desired results are achieved. It is shown, how the Internet can participate in promoting the formation of public opinion, mass culture and ideology on the example of the current situation in the world. Data are given by some websites. It is found the relevance and significance of the problem at this stage of development of society.
