Новые модели развития университетов в мире в условиях цифровой революции: теоретические и практические подходы

Эпоха инноваций затронула все сферы человеческой деятельности, даже, казалось бы, наиболее традиционные и консервативные. В образовании также происходит постоянный процесс поиска новых форм и методов передачи и усвоения знаний. Особое место в числе инновационных форм в высшем образовании занимает разработка и внедрение новой модели университета. В этой области мы имеем целый спектр взглядов - от теоретических моделей «экономики знаний», разрабатываемых в последние десятилетия в США, ЕС, России, и моделей нового университета, представленных в работах французских и российских исследователей, до отрицания серьезных изменений традиционного университета. Французские и российские исследования в этой сфере можно считать наиболее объемными, обоснованными и практико-ориентированными. В числе перспективных практических моделей развития университета отметим кластерный подход к университету как образовательному, научному центру и промоутеру регионального развития, внедряемый в Университете Лазурного берега.

New models of the development of universities in the world in terms of the digital revolution: theoretical and practical approaches

The era of innovation has affected all spheres of human activity, even seemingly the most traditional and conservative. There is also a constant process of searching for new forms and methods of transfer and assimilation of knowledge in education. A special place among the forms of innovation in higher education takes the development and implementation of new models of University. In this area we have a whole spectrum of views - from the theoretical models of the «knowledge economy» developed in the last decades in the US, EU, Russia, and the models of the new university, presented in the works of French and Russian researchers, to the denial of the serious changes of the traditional university. French and Russian research in this area can be considered as the most extensive, well-founded and practice-oriented. Among the promising practical models of development for the University there is the cluster approach to the University as an educational research center and promoter of regional development implemented in the University of the Côte D'azur.
