Модель инновационного развития российского промышленного предприятия в условиях ресурсных ограничений

Особенностью нынешнего этапа развития мировой экономики является повышение роли промышленности в структуре экономики. Промышленность в России переживает сложный период своего развития. Это связано с негативным воздействием на экономику всего комплекса макроэкономических факторов. С одной стороны, ухудшается ситуация на предприятиях, а с другой - появляются новые возможности для расширения. Научно-прикладная задача - определить адекватную и эффективную модель развития российской промышленности. Существующие возможности в области развития используются недостаточно. Основной проблемой является низкая конкурентоспособность российских товаров и услуг и неэффективность механизмов продвижения. Это связано с наличием ресурсных ограничений в компаниях и низким уровнем инновационной активности. Мы считаем, что повышение конкурентоспособности современных компаний напрямую связано с ее эффективными инновациями. Цель. Разработать модель инновационного развития промышленных предприятий в условиях ограниченности ресурсов. Методология исследования. Для построения модели инновационного развития в условиях ресурсных ограничений предлагается использовать: теорию государственное регулирования экономики и теорию предпринимательства; инновационную и кластерную методологию и др. Использование комплекса теорий и моделей позволяет построить модель инновационного развития промышленных предприятий в условиях ресурсных ограничений с высокой степенью объективности. Эта модель уникальна с точки зрения методологии и использования универсальной позиции.

The model of innovative development of Russian industrial enterprises in the conditions of resource constrains

The peculiarity of the current stage of development of the world economy is to increase the role of industry in the economic structure. Industry in Russia is going through a difficult period in its development. This is due to the negative impact on the economy of the whole range of macroeconomic factors. On the one hand, there is a deterioration of the situation of enterprises, and on the other hand, there are new opportunities for expansion. Scientific-applied challenge is to define adequate and effective model of development of Russian Industry. The existing development opportunities are underutilized. The main problem is the low competitiveness of Russian goods and services and ineffective mechanisms for promoting. This is due to the presence of resource constraints in companies and a low level of innovation activity. We believe that improving the competitiveness of modern companies is directly related to its effective innovation. Objective. To develop a model of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of resource constraints. Methodology of research. To construct the model of innovative development in the conditions of resource constraints is proposed to use: state regulation of the economy and entrepreneurship theory; cluster methodology and others. Using a set of theories and models allows us to construct a model of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of resource constraints with a high degree of objectivity. This model is unique in terms of methodology and the use of a universal position.
