Мы-культура vs я-культура в сознании и языке

При обучении межкультурной коммуникации первоочередной задачей является ознакомление учащихся с типами культур и их ценностями. В статье обосновывается целесообразность использования терминов мы-культура и я-культура, вместо коллективистская культура и индивидуалистическая культура, поскольку они лишены идеологической окраски, но в то же время четко указывают на разные типы отношений людей в обществе, их ценности и самоидентификацию - мы-идентичность и я-идентичность.

We-culture vs I-culture in mentality and language

The primary task of teaching intercultural communication is to familiarize the learner with different types of cultures and their values. The present article justifies the practicality of using the terms we-culture and I-culture, instead of collectivist culture and individualistic culture, since these terms are not coloured by any ideological bias and at the same time clearly define different types of relations amongst people in society, their values and idea of self identification - we-identity and I-identity.
