Существенное внимание в рамках настоящей статьи рассматриваются ключевые нормы законодательства Японии, а также направления политики, ориентированные на борьбу с детской эксплуатацией.

Combatting the exploitation of children by new technologies in the context of Japan: legal aspects

The Article examines the problems of exploitation of children by the latest technologies in the context of Japan. The author identifies the main specific forms of sexual exploitation of children, including trafficking of children, prostitution and pornography, relevant to the modern Japanese society. At the same time, within the framework of this very Article, the key norms of Japanese legislation, as well as policies aimed at combating child exploitation are considered.
