В статье рассмотрено содержание понятий «уголовно-релевантные фикции» и «технология криминалистического распознавания». Сформулирована дефиниция термина «признак уголовно-релевантной фикции», предложена классификация таких признаков. Рассмотрены признаки лжи, проявляемые фикционером, и современные методы верификации ложной и истинной информации.
The article gives the definition of the “criminal-relevant fiction” and also the concept of “technology of criminalistic recognition”. The definition of the term “criminal-relevant fiction indication” is formulated and a classification of such indications is proposed. Signs of deception exhibited by fictioneers and modern methods of verification of false and true information are considered in the article.
