Аксиология Конституции России

В статье приводится семантический и контент-анализ Конституции Российской Федерации как основного закона страны на предмет закрепления в нем ценностных установок, в том числе определяющих возможные направления развития государства. В соответствии с результатами исследования содержательности ценностных принципов и ориентаций, заявленных в Конституции, а также с использованием вторичного анализа данных разных социологических агентств рассмотрена мера отражения в ней значимых ценностей для российского общества.

Axiology of the Russian Constitution

This article provides a semantic and content analysis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation as the main law of the country with a view to consolidate the values in it, including the possible directions for Russia’s development. According to the results of the study on the meaningfulness of the value principles and orientations declared in the Constitution, as well as the secondary analysis of data obtained from various sociological agencies, the author reviews a measure of the significant values reflection in the Constitution for Russian society.
