Организация работы по предупреждению и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в странах Африки

Рассмотрено современное состояние деятельности по предупреждению и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в странах Африки. Особое внимание уделено организационной структуре государственных учреждений, на которые в регионе возложено обеспечение борьбы с чрезвычайными ситуациями. Приведена характеристика видов международной помощи государствам, пострадавшим от воздействия стихийных бедствий.

Organization of Work on Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations in the Countries of Africa

The current state of activities on prevention and elimination of emergency situations in the countries of Africa is considered in the Article. Special attention is paid to the organizational structure of state institutions, to which ensuring fight against emergency situations in the region is assigned. The characteristic of types of international aid to the states which suffered from effect of natural disasters is provided. Need of carrying out of large-scale work in African countries on the prevention of emergency situations, training of the corresponding specialists and to the development of cooperation with the international organizations is noted.
