СПЕЦИФИКА ВНУТРЕННЕГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО ДОЛГА США И ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ УВЕЛИЧЕНИЯ ЕГО ОБЪЕМОВ

В статье затронута теория вопроса, рассмотрены особенности организации внутренних заимствований в Соединенных Штатах Америки, включающие публичный государственный долг и внутриправительственный долг, а также их структура. Отдельно рассматривается такой кредитор Соединенных Штатов Америки как Федеральная Резервная Служба и ее роль в процессе реализации внутренних государственных заимствований. Далее проводится анализ недостатков и преимуществ роста объемов внутреннего долга США.

SPECIFICS US DOMESTIC PUBLIC DEBT AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF INCREASING ITS VOLUME

The article addresses the theory of the problem, the peculiarities of organization of internal borrowing in the United States of America, including public debt and intergovernmental debt, as well as their structure. Special attention is paid to such creditor of the United States as the Federal Reserve Service and its role in the implementation of domestic public borrowing. The following is the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of growth of domestic debt of the United States.
