Деятельность органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации по преодолению и предупреждению юридических коллизий в российском законодательстве

Рассматривается проблема реализации полномочий органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации по преодолению и предупреждению юридических коллизий. В первую очередь автор обозначает меры прокурорского реагирования по преодолению коллизий в праве. Отмечается немаловажная роль превентивных мер, осуществляемых органами прокуратуры для предупреждения юридических коллизий. Проведя анализ статистических данных, автор приходит к выводу, что органы прокуратуры Российской Федерации осуществляют широкомасштабную эффективную работу по сокращению числа коллизий в праве в современном законодательстве.

The activities of the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation to address and prevent conflicts of law in the Russian legislation

The article deals with problem of implementing powers of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation to address and prevent legal conflicts. In the first place author denotes the measures of the prosecutor’s response to overcome the conflicts in the law. Important role of preventive measures applied by the prosecutor’s office for the prevention of legal conflicts is noted. After analysis of statistical data, the author concludes that the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation carries out large-scale effective work to reduce the number of legal collisions in modern legislation.
