УСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ СИСТЕМЫ: ПОНЯТИЕ, ПОДХОДЫ, РЕГУЛЯТОРЫ

В статье анализируются понятие и сущность устойчивости политической системы в рамках современных политологических концепций исследования политических систем. При раскрытии тенденций и причин устойчивости (неустойчивости) политической системы важное значения приобретают регуляторы, позволяющие привести ее состояние к исходному или более иному положительному качественному состоянию. Сложность и емкость этого феномена предопределяет широкий ряд научных подходов. Акцентируется внимание на различных подходах к решению проблемы устойчивости политической системы. Рассмотрены инструментальные характеристики некоторых регуляторов устойчивости политической системы. Делается вывод, что они потенциально эффективны для равновесия, гомеостазиса и поддержания стационарного режима устойчивого функционирования политической системы. Автор дополняет существующие подходы к исследованию по этой проблеме.

SUSTAINABILITY OF POLITICAL SYSTEM: NOTION, APPROACHES, REGULATORS

The article analyzes the concept and essence of the stability of the political system in the framework of modern political concepts of political systems studies. In disclosing of trends and reasons of stability (instability) of the political system becomes important regulators allowing to bring it to its original condition or more other positive qualitative conditions. Complexity and capacity of this phenomenon predetermine a wide range of scientific approaches. Attention is focused on different approaches to solving the problem of stability of the political system.Instrumental characteristics of some regulators stability of the political system are considered. The conclusion is that they are potentially effective for balance, homeostasis and maintenance of stationary regime of sustainable functioning of the political system. Author supplements existing approaches to research on this issue.
