Технология реализации государственной политики России по укреплению обороноспособности, суверенитета и технологическому развитию промышленности

Статья посвящена тому, как государственная политика России по укреплению обороноспособности, поддержанию суверенитета и технологическому развитию промышленности, осуществляемая на основе развития системы координатно-временного и навигационного позиционирования, реализовывается на основе технологии, заложенной в федеральной целевой программе «Поддержка, развитие и использование системы ГЛОНАСС в 20122020 годах». Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению методического подхода к оценке экономической реализуемости этой программы. Статья предназначена для ученых-экономистов и специалистов-практиков в области менеджмента в высокотехнологичных отраслях экономики, развитие которых осуществляется на основе технологий федеральных целевых программ.

The technology of Russia’s state policy implementation as for the defense potential and sovereignty strengthening, and for the industry technological development

The article is dedicated to the implementation of Russia’s state policy as for the defense potential strengthening, sovereignty maintenance and technological development of the industry. This implementation is performed on the basis of the development of the system of coordination and navigation positioning. The basis of this implementation is the technology of the Federal Target Program “Support, Development and Use of the GLONASS system in 2012-2020”. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the methodical approach to the evaluation of the economic feasibility of this program. This article can be of interest for the economists and managers working in the economy’s high-tech sectors that are developed on the basis of Federal Target Programs.
