Research objective was studying of features of a psychoemotional state and quality of life at patients with diabetes depending on prescription of a disease, weight of pathological process and compensation of a carbohydrate exchange. In total 30 patients with diabetes of 1 type with prescription of a disease of 9,18±7,02 years and 30 patients with the 2nd type of diabetes with prescription of a disease of 6,97±3,7 years were examined. During testing at 50% of patients with diabetes of 1 type were revealed a slight depression, at 16,7% - the high level of hostility, at 26,7% - aggression potential, at 16,7% - the high level of uneasiness. These psychoemotional frustration negatively affected quality of life of patients. Patients with diabetes in the psychoemotional sphere had more expressed 2 types of violation: at 6,7% - a true depression, at 60% - the high level of hostility, at 53,3% - aggression potential, at 36,7% - high and at 16,6% - very high level of uneasiness that considerably reduced quality of life. The revealed psychoemotional frustration depended on prescription of a disease, on the level of compensation and weight of diabetes.
